features a built in multiplexer with quadruplex functions. You can
simultaneously record, playback, network, and backup images. External
backups can be made via a USB memory stick or an external hard drive.
It supports most PTZ protocols and one channel audio recording. Video
outputs include composite, S-Video, and VGA. Each unit comes with a
dedicated host ID. The DVR will automatically self reconfigure every
time the IP address changes. This
allows for a simple plug and play remote monitoring set up using a
standard cable modem internet connection (no static IP needed).
